By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Tru.codes provides:

UPC barcode codes for product identification
Barcode label printing services
Print Bridge desktop application for thermal printing
Amazon Seller Central integration
Related tools and features for e-commerce sellers

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. UPC Codes

Ownership

When you purchase UPC codes from Tru.codes, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use those codes for your products. There are no annual renewal fees.

Verification

We verify our UPC codes against the GS1 database and check for Amazon catalog collisions. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every retailer or marketplace, as each has their own policies.

Usage

UPC codes are non-transferable and may only be used for products sold by the purchasing account holder. Reselling or redistributing UPC codes is prohibited.

5. Print Bridge Software

Print Bridge is provided "as is" for thermal label printing. The free tier includes 25 labels per month. Subscription plans provide additional capacity and features as described on our website.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated
Payment is due at the time of purchase
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any illegal purpose
Resell or redistribute UPC codes
Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt our Services
Use automated systems to access our Services without permission
Violate the rights of others

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Tru.codes and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRU.CODES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tru.codes from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. UPC codes you have purchased remain valid after account closure.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
