Refund Policy

At Tru.codes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our different products and services.

UPC Codes

Due to the digital nature of UPC codes and their immediate delivery, we generally do not offer refunds once codes have been delivered to your account.

Exceptions:

  • Amazon Rejection: If Amazon rejects your UPC within 30 days of purchase and our collision check failed to catch the issue, we will provide a free replacement UPC.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase duplicate UPCs, contact us within 24 hours for a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If technical problems prevented delivery of your UPCs, we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

Printed Labels

Physical label orders can be refunded or reprinted under the following conditions:

  • Before Printing: Full refund if cancelled before printing begins (typically within 2 hours of order).
  • Print Quality Issues: If labels are unreadable, damaged, or don't match your order, we will reprint at no charge or provide a full refund.
  • Shipping Damage: If labels are damaged in transit, we will reprint and reship at no charge.
  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will reprint and reship or provide a full refund.

Note: We cannot refund orders where you provided incorrect information (wrong barcode, spelling errors, etc.). Please verify your order details before confirming.

Print Bridge Subscriptions

Subscription refund policy:

  • First 7 Days: Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment.
  • After 7 Days: No refund for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refund but you retain access until the end of your term.

What's Not Eligible for Refund

  • UPC codes that have been used on marketplace listings
  • Labels printed correctly per your specifications
  • Change of mind after digital delivery
  • Marketplace policy changes affecting UPC acceptance
  • Used subscription months or label credits

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Email: support@tru.codes
  • Include your order number and reason for the refund request
  • For label quality issues, please include photos of the problem

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
